Gust Kepler

Gust Kepler is the founder and CEO of G2 International, Inc. an investment banking consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. G2 was formed in 2002 and has focused on assisting private companies in going public, obtaining sources for capital, and providing a team of legal and accounting specialists to address the needs of newly formed public entities. In addition G2 has provided investor relations and public relations services for both OTC listed companies and those which trade on larger exchanges. G2 has assisted both domestic and foreign entities with listings on the US Stock Exchange. Mr. Kepler has over 15 years experience in the capital and investment banking sector. Prior to founding G2 Mr. Kepler founded and served as the CEO of Parallax Entertainment, Inc., a dotcom record label that launched in 1996 and which Mr. Kepler subsequently took public in late 1999. It was during his tenure at Parallax that Mr. Kepler learned of the rigorous securities regulations and the challenges of owning and operating a small publicly traded company. Between 1990 and 1997 Mr. Kepler co-founded and operated Glance Toys, Ltd. , a manufacturer and wholesaler of junior sport toys and related products. Glance Toys’ customers included Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Target, and 7-Eleven to mention a few. Mr. Kepler and his co-founder sold the concern to Toytech Creations, Inc. in 1997. Other ventures of Kepler’s include a modeling and talent agency and that he founded at age 20 and sold to a competitor four years later.  Mr. Kepler studied business at Southwest Texas State University.
