Counting Crows established the GreyBird Foundation because we believe America is a dream in which the thoughts and needs of each and every person matter. Unfortunately, people feel small as the world expands and they forget that they ARE America.
So we find the people down the street from you who are trying to do their part to help and we try and help THEM. Get involved with the idea of being involved people. After all, it’s your town, your country, your world, and no one will ever make as much of a difference as you can just by waking up and being a part of it.
The Contemporaries is a private art and social club that exposes young professionals to the latest in contemporary art and culture. Membership in The Contemporaries is by invitation only. The Contemporaries is lead by Rodney Reid, MoranBar-Kochva, Richard Shafirand HanaaIssa.
Kids for Tomorrow is the recipient of a Grassroots.org grant consisting of free consulting services from MBA students. We have been working hard with our project team to put together an overall strategic plan for the organization. Stay tuned for the results of this work, due in December 2008.
The mission of Grassroots.org is to serve as a catalyst for positive social change by leveraging modern technologies and best business practices.
Our ultimate goal is to adopt 10,000 nonprofit members, and to provide them each with an average of $10,000 of services per year at no charge (for a total savings of $100 million per year!).

Happy Africa’s vision is simple… build a solid brand for the entire family, selling affordable women, men and kids T-shirts and other brandable merchandise that will be able to raise funds which can be put towards the education and development of under priveledged kids in Africa. Happy Africa clothing and products will be available online and in select stores across the U.S. Happy Africa will design T-shirts representing each country in Africa but will start with logo tees. Twetnty percent of sales from T-shirt sold will be donated to Kids for Tomorrow.
